5. Refund and Return Policy

- All hardware products are creator-customized items;

No returns or exchanges are accepted except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping
errors;

Personal reasons (e.g., dissatisfaction or incompatibility) are not valid grounds for
refunds;
- Eligible quality issues must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery;

Claims based on personal experience (e.g., dislike or discomfort) are not considered valid

Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) and content unlocks are classified as digital services;
- All digital services are non-refundable once payment is completed;
- This applies regardless of actual usage.
6. Refund Request Procedure

For eligible hardware issues, requests must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery
date via the official support email;
- The delivery date shall be determined based on the courier tracking confirmation;
- Requests submitted after this period may be rejected at the Platform’s discretion;

Users must provide order details, a description of the issue, and supporting evidence (such
as clear photos or videos);

The Platform will review the request within a reasonable timeframe and may offer repair,
replacement, or other appropriate solutions;
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted;
- Requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria will be rejected.
7. Waiver of Withdrawal Rights
- You acknowledge that digital services begin immediately upon payment;
- You expressly waive any right of withdrawal or cooling-off period where applicable;
- Unless required by law, all payments are non-refundable.
8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes based on non-use, dissatisfaction, or
similar reasons;
- You must first contact the Platform to resolve any disputes;

In case of abusive or fraudulent chargebacks, the Platform reserves the right to suspend or
terminate your account;
- The Platform reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where necessary.
9. AI Content Disclaimer
- All AI-generated content is virtual and algorithm-based;
- Such content does not represent real persons or real-time interactions;

relationships;
- AI content is for entertainment purposes only;
- The Platform is not responsible for any actions taken based on AI interactions.
10. Device Use and Risk
- You must use the device in accordance with provided instructions;
- Some features require compatibility with the App and user environment;

Any damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling is your responsibility;
- The product is not intended for medical use;

The Platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from device use.
11. Account and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account;

- Abuse of services or malicious behavior (including chargebacks);

- No refunds will be issued after account termination.

- The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform is protected by applicable laws and may not be used without
authorization.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages.
